1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, requesting customized architectural quotes, or executing purchase agreements with Al-Basira for aluminum and glass installations, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
These terms govern all transactions, site measurements, glass tempering processes, aluminum profile fabrications, and physical installations conducted by our structural engineering and installation crews within the United Arab Emirates.
2. Custom Fabrication & Deposits
Al-Basira specializes in bespoke architectural systems. Since all products (sliding glass partitions, shower screens, aluminum doors, double-glazed windows, and balustrades) are custom-engineered to your exact spacing specs:
- Non-Refundable Custom Processing: Once the design draft is approved and the glass goes into the tempering furnace, modifications, cancellations, or complete order refunds are technically impossible.
- Deposit Obligation: A standard, non-refundable structural deposit is required to secure raw profiles and schedule fabrication. Work will not commence on-site or in our Sharjah factory without deposit clearance.
3. Site Measurements & Clearances
To guarantee a seamless fit and structural integrity, Al-Basira engineers conduct on-site physical measurements using high-precision laser systems. The client must ensure that:
- Finished Level Readiness: Floor levels, gypsum ceiling boundaries, and structural frames must be at their final completed levels before our team takes measurements.
- Post-Measurement Integrity: Any modification made to the installation opening (walls, floor, ceiling) after Al-Basira has completed measurements will void the alignment warranty, and any necessary refabrication costs will be billed directly to the client.
4. Installation & Site Access
For safe, legal, and standard structural installations, the client must fulfill the following prerequisites:
- Permits & Gate Passes: The client is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary NOCs, community approvals (e.g., Emaar, Nakheel, Dubai Municipality, Sharjah Municipality), gate passes, and work permits before our crew arrives.
- Basic Site Utilities: Uninterrupted 220V power supply and proper illumination must be provided at the installation zone.
Safety Notice
To avoid injuries and accidents, clients and unauthorized site visitors must maintain a safe distance from heavy glass handling, suction lifters, and profile anchoring zones during installation hours.
5. 10-Year Frame Warranty & Limitations
We stand firmly behind the durability of our materials. Al-Basira provides a comprehensive **10-Year Warranty** on our high-performance structural aluminum profiles, certifying they will remain free from material deformities, corrosion, and structural failure under standard use.
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by architectural structural settlement, earthquakes, accidental impacts, sandstorm impacts, cleaning with abrasive acidic chemicals, or third-party hardware modifications.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by, interpreted, and executed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the municipal codes of the Emirate of Sharjah. Any disputes, commercial disagreements, or collection claims arising under these terms will be settled exclusively within the Sharjah Municipal Courts, UAE.
